Intensive
The intensive dosage is the recommended intake for individuals wanting to see faster results or starting the silica for the first time. The intensive loading dosage includes 30 mL to 60 mL per day, to be taken 15 minutes before a meal. The dosage should be divided into two shots, for example, two 15 mL shots.

Great for supporting healthy bones & joints.

INGREDIENTS

Reverse Osmosis Water, Silicic acid, Organic silica (monomethylsilanetriol), Provides 6.72 mg of elemental silicon for 15 ml equivalent to 15.32 mg of silicic acid and 7.55 mg of Monomethylsilanotriol of maximum absorption.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (RO) WATER
Reverse osmosis (RO) water is a type of filtered water that has gone through a purification process called reverse osmosis. This results in highly purified water.
